Jake worked really hard to support this client. Having had numerous bad experiences with previous home sales, I came into this business relationship very open and transparent in terms of my expectations with Jake. He was very open and assured me I would not be disappointed.... and he was right. He sold our home in a timely manner and negotiated a fair price with the buyer's agent. Any time you give you biggest asset to someone to manage in terms of a sale it's always a bit concerning. But, Jake and his team executed with focus and professionalism providing frequent updates via phone, text, and emails even while he was on vacation. He's honest and a good guy... highly recommended.

I have nothing but good words to share about Jake. He worked with a mutual client of ours and they were selling a home in Folsom. Their team's results were amazing and they went above and beyond what our clients expected to get the job done. The home was not in the best condition however his team was able to make the adjustments with minimal expense. Jake is an amazing listing agent and his team are extremely competent and great communicators. Thank you so much Jake. We will refer all and any clients moving to Folsom and the Sacramento area.

In a quest to sell what seemed to be an unsellable house, Jake DaRosa made the impossible happen.   For over two years I had been trying to sell my house with a different agent and we dropped the house below market value and still had no offers.  During this time Jake had persistently kept calling me to have a sit down with him and hear his presentation and selling strategy.  I had told Jake to keep calling me back for when we were ready for a new agent and Jake kept that promise in checking in.   When we finally sat down with Jake we were blown away by his professionalism and knowledge about the real estate market.  Jake and his team are very resourceful and provided very good information to help sell our house.  His comps were up to date and accurate.  As soon as our house went on the market we received multiple offers and higher bids for our property within 7 days.  Jake and his team took care of everything including the open house and negotiations.  Jake even had a huge network on contractors to help fix things around the house.  When the house was on the market our fence blew down from a storm and Jake sent his fence guy out the next day to fix it.  Jake handled everything during the sale from start to finish and even helped guide us through much of the paper work.  Jake and his team did a wonderful job in selling our property.  I couldn’t think of anyone more fitting than Jake to buy or sell any property.  He is passionate about his work and dedicated in providing excellent customer service to all his clients.  Our family now has a real estate agent for life.

We recently listed and sold our home located in Folsom.  The home had been a rental property for years ans was in need of a complete facelift.  Because we live out of the area, Jake was instrumental in putting us in contact with the needed contractors and following up to make sure the work was being done on time and and in a professional manner.  This is far above the normal role of a real estate agent.  Throughout the construction and the sale period, Jake was always responsive either by phone, text or email.  Great communication from start to finish.  We can't recommend Jake highly enough to handle your real estate needs.  Thanks again Jake...!!!

Jake and his team were highly professional, highly skilled, and very respectful of our needs. From the first meeting to the sale of our home, the process was smooth. Jake negotiated everything we needed from the sale of our home, and it sold in less than 4 days. I would highly recommend Jake and his team to Family and Friends.
