A wonderful time. Grandchildren had a great time swimming and playing in the park. It is wonderful to have time to relax with the family. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are available with hot water. Don't forget to bring quarters for the shower. Delicious Jalama Burgers. Dogs on leashes is allowed. Wonderful time to enjoy the stars that is hard to see I the city.

This is a great getaway place on the beach. The camp is clean and the rangers are always working. The view from the upper terrace is amazing especially at sunset. We camped near the beach and loved the easy access to the beach itself. You must know there is no cell service there and the WiFi is off and on. So if that is a concern please note it. There are payphones available to call out.if you need it. Great place can't wait to come back.

This beach is breath taking, and the camp site is pretty great as well. Electrical hook ups available. There is WiFi, but we had a hard time connecting and staying connected to it... Not that we cared much since we were looking to get away from all that on our camping adventure. Several bathrooms, and even showers that take quarters available here. The camp site is tiered on a hill, so the walk can get tiring to and from the beach if you're on the top tier. There is a park with a playground, which is great if you have kids. My family stayed for 2 days here, and enjoyed our time. It gets very windy here, so keep that in mind if you are considering tent camping here. We loved this special beach, and will certainly return when we visit Central California again. Also, don't skip eating at the little restaurant here! The burger is AMAZING!

This is our 5th 2 week visit. I will never grow tired of this beach. The only that will harm this awesome park are it's ultimate keeper, the Santa Barbara City Council. They are trying to raise the lease of the store, which they should be giving not taking. Talk to Father and Son who have run it for 40 years. The store is perfectly stocked and the food is killer. The beach, the Rangers, the employees and are great. We will be back next year! If the store is open.

One of the nicest beach campgrounds in the country. Well worth the trip. Make sure you try a Jalama burger and onion rings.
