I renewed both my passport and my Jamaican Driver's License here. I found them to be extremely helpful and I got back my documents as promised. Racquel was very courteous and pleasant. I actually recommended her to several people who have used their services and did not have any issues. Before I used them, I had read a couple of bad reviews by other clients who went there, I am happy that I did not listen to them..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO USE THEIR SERVICES....Go check them out for yourself !

Horrible experience with this place, let me say first off I know the importance of a great survey as I am a manager and have to deal with it daily. As much as I would love to give rave reviews I didn't get that service. I live in Alabama, had a trip to Jamaica scheduled for June 20th, called passport and more they offered all the services I needed expedited and all. Her recommendations was to come in as that eliminates the possibilities for delay, I agreed. I drove 10 hrs down to plantation Fl, paid for services approximately $300, was advised of the passport arriving before the time approximately 4 weeks time, she also recommended I take the pictures there as the ones I had seemed too "glamorous" and I quote... paid to take pics... 3 weeks later I decided to call jamaica PICA office to find out if they've received my application, they advised me they did. However they told me the photos that was submitted and taken my this person in this profession was blurry and it cannot be used. So I called passport and more, they never answered. A week later I got to her and I played dumb as if I knew nothing, asked about the status and she said it's on its way, I just hushed up and said ok. This is her business she should be on top of these things, that was not the case. I waited a week later as she advised the passport would be there, no passport when I called, then I ended the charade and advised her that I called the PICA office and they advised me no passport was coming as I needed new pictures, she wasn't aware of this until I notified her, then she contacted the consulate and they advised her, now I'm passed my 4 weeks deadline. A week before my trip I went back to Florida to the consulate and got a travel certificate to use, the same which she told me I wouldn't get it because I needed an emergency like death in the family. I got one went on my vacation, came back and needless to say 8 weeks later, still no passport. She refunded the money for my certificate and photos but nothing for my expedited service, this company should have stand the loss for that as I nearly loaded out on a $1500 trip for me and my family if I didn't have a plan B. No care given that this could've happened, no reimbursement for any inconvenience just a Ok. I would not use again and would not recommend ANYONE to use her services.
