Ive been coming to this jamba juice since middle school. For about 20 years. I came in bought my protein shake and then asked to use the restroom and they told me it's employees only. They were very rude. Today is 6/8/23 and it's 12/32 when I asked for their names they wouldn't provide it. Please fire those two. They were very rude, and lazy and had an attitude.
After searching for this acai berry Bowl Primo because the one in Long Beach on Carson & Atlantic didn't have bananas so I went to another Jamba Juice Willow & Long Beach Boulevard they didn't have anything. Now off to my last Jamba Juice in Lakewood on Candlewood had everything, and Thomas .G was awesome. One thing he had was great customer service. He made my morning.
An excellent outpost of the Jamba empire, this store has friendly, fun employees, great service, and yummy smoothies. 10/10 Do recommend for all your Jamba needs. Parking is plentiful, COVID protocols are observed, and if you're lucky, you'll see one juice-master artistically tossing ice into the blenders with the kind of showmanship and flair you'd see in a mixology competition.

Been a customer here for almost 2 years, and never had an issue. My recent visit could’ve been better. I’ll start that the employees always provide great service, and are pretty fast with the orders. This location have a diverse team and majority seem to be young adults, which I absolutely love. My recent visit I had ordered a smoothie and found hard chunks, similar to a rock, in my drink. Still curious as to what that is. I tried to crush it and it wouldn’t budge. I couldn’t even finish the drink. I did send this review in and was assisted very quickly which was great. I was given a complimentary food beverage which was also appreciated. I did find it odd that I was given a complimentary food item when I ordered a drink. I don’t even eat anything at Jamba Juice. So great service, and great intentions I will say. This location has some potential.
Why use app? Order was not started until after I showed up. Overall order time from placing on app to walking out was an hour.Food: 3/5
Sunday night 9/10/23 arrived at about 7:35pm. There were two other customers before me. As soon as I got up to order the worker turned away to start making the other customers orders. Which was understandable because it seemed as though he was the only one working. But he never said I will be right with you. So I stood there until about 7:55pm by that time there were two more customers behind me and still never once said thank you for your patience I will be right with you. But instead he goes to the back gets a loaded trash can and roll it past us to take out trash still without saying anything! At that point I walked out! Horrible customer service! Didn't care at all for your customers!
Please do not go to this Jamba Juice location, I am begging you all. I just had to walk out and leave because the customer service was terrible. The line is out the door and the staff are only currently prepping online orders. No one was greeted by any of the staff and everyone in line is literally watching them fulfill online orders and ignore us.
Came to pick up an uber eats order at 9pm. Sign on door said closed while employees are inside. I show them my order screen, the boy comes to the door and says we got that order but won't make it cuz my coworker wants to leave early. How unprofessional is that ? You cost me time and money and paying customers are screwed. Do better. Thumbs down .
I took my lady to Jamba for a couple of smoothies the other day , only to be welcomed by a filthy floor, dirty tables , over stuffed trash can and a cashier that must have really hate her job because she looked drop dead miserable.. Not to mention my smoothie tasted like the last person’s smoothie they made which means they aren’t properly cleaning the containers .... I shouldn’t taste spinach in a white gummy....
