It's small and really no comfortable space to wait...Gardena Jamba Juice is similar but slightly larger. The customer service is cool. They are always busy but cashier normally doesn't mind scanning my rewards.
When I first walked in, all that I could smell was rotten oranges they have a very distinct scent. The employees were slow to acknowledge that I was waiting at the counter. When I got my drink, it tasted like bad oranges a little bit. and the Ice water I got is undrinkable because for the same reason. I've been to this location before and never had problems until today. I suggest that they do a deep thorough cleaning of the ice maker/holder and anything that has orange juice and/or fruit.
Great atmosphere and lively vibe. The staff are friendly and efficient. Clean. And of course the drinks are tasty.
I'm addicted to acai smoothies! The employees in 2 locations, Port Hueneme and Oxnard know how I like my smoothie prepared and most of the time it's right on the money. Their vegan "impossible" breakfast sandwich tasted so much like the real thing and was so tasty and delicious, I thought they had accidentally given me the wrong sandwich! I highly recommend both products!
Nice staff. .... they are young but they are polite and seem as hard workers!! I don't like the set up of the store, u enter and exit the same way and it's again the wall. But overall pretty good!
Went to jamba juice at torrance walked right out they did not have frz yogurt or bananas to make drink went to jamba juice in Carson next to albertson they were great friendly and fast order 3 drinks all made delicious this is my go to jamba juice from now on !!!
It was not a good experience because when I take my 3 boys to other Jamba juices I always ask if they can pour my left overs in a smaller cup for my 2yr old and he loves it and the experience. It's not a full drink and just enough for him. NOT this time I was told that it is their policy not to give away the extra. Wait are they talking about the drink that I paid for and the rest that they just throw away anyway. This location SUCKS and by the way it's not in the policy. Not a good location thumbs down!
This was super popular on a Sunday night! Ordering ahead was a good call, and waiting untill the crowd of non-distanced people some of whom weren't wearing masks left helped. The smoothies were consistent with other Jambas....that's the point of chains, right?
I visited Jamba juice Carson/Avalon location on 6l9l2019. I was very disappointed that one of my favorite Jamba Juice stores were downsized to accommodate a well known clothing store. Unfortunately, Southbay Pavilion did not consider Jamba Juice customers when making this decision. I am elated to see that the Carson location staff is still making great drinks and providing excellent customer service. Way To Go!!!
I stopped at this Jamba Juice again today 2/6/2020 8 PM for the same thing as last time a ginger shot and the response AGAIN "our machine is already taken apart" my fault for coming back. Been here a couple times at least 30 before closing time and they can't make what I want because they already clean. No greetings either.
