I visit this location a few times a month during my lunch break. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for looks like its mostly night shift issues, but I found this location to be one of the best Jamba spots I know. The staff are extremely welcoming and nice, and work diligently to get your order finished. I have not had any issues with both the smoothies or the staff whatsoever.  The only complaint I have, which goes for 2/3 Jambas I go to frequently, is that it smells like stagnant water in the place. I'm not sure why, but it definitely isn't welcoming. Other than that, great spot for your smoothies!

I ordered thru DoorDash. They made my order but left it inside instead of waiting and closed up shop. Seriously? He got there 15 min past closing. Couldn’t even wait for the driver. Idk why they made the order and should have cancelled it if they weren’t going to be there.

General Manager, Carmen, is the best. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. She greeted each incoming customer with an energetic verbal welcome. She is an excellent ambassador for the Jamba brand. Bravo.

According to the employee, they don't add vitamin c or anything else to smoothies at this location. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I will never come back

Went into the store with my son who is only 12 and they had music that was cussing talking about “fucking and sucking dick”. Very inappropriate. This isn’t the first time. By myself I don’t care but when there is children present especially during peak hours should not be allowed.

Today I arrived at jamba after a workout just trying to get a simple smoothie and the door was locked , there was a note left in the door that said “on break be back soon” I waited thinking it would be 15 maybe 30 minutes and it’s been over an hour now and no one has arrived. Also called multiple times and no answer, please don’t come and waste your time or money here. They clearly have lazy workers who lock up the establishment and leave for long periods of time not caring about the customers at all. I saw about 7 people come up to the establishment during my wait and it’s only been open 4 hours.

Ordered a Large Mango-a-go-go w/ vitamin boost through the app for pick up today, the beverage was made swiftly and the service was great.

Went here for some Pb chocolate love and nutty almond bowl this two are my top favorite and never get tired of it. Since I'm pregnant this two are my cravings. It was my first time trying their fruit bowl, I keep seeing it to my emails and the image made me tempted to give it a try. The person assisted me is welcoming and service is fast. The place is a little smaller if you compare it to their branch at colima, well I love the service here. They have big parking area too and the place is clean.

Was handed two large Acai Anti-Oxidant SOUPS for almost $20. I will never come here again.

This location is never stocked on items for smoothies… whenever I come in it’s a small white board of drinks they can make…
