Employees are rude everytime. This is the closest Jamba Juice so I've been there multiple times. The last time, my husband was ordering and the cashier rolled her eyes at him multiple times, we couldn't believe it. The first time for asking if they could remove the yogurt from a bowl lactose intolerant and replace with a dairy free milk. They are always short on ingredients, too. Then, as they were trying to make the order, they let us know they were short on ingredients and wanted to replace it with something else. We left at this point. I went there with friends once and the cashier was rude it made the atmosphere awkward. I won't be coming back.
Don’t expect smiling faces or good Customer Service. Apparently they don’t have uniform either. Looked more like a rock concert. But hey; drink was okay. We said “have a good day” & “thank you” and got not response. Customer Service is not happening at this location.
Just ordered a Matcha Green Tea Blast. It’s so good! Love this place and I will definitely buy another when I visit the area again. Staff is friendly as well! The drink is not too sweet, not too bitter. Very well mixed!
Everytime I go there’s always an item that’s not on stock I literally have to drive to Montebello to get my strawberry bowl because they never have strawberries. It’s sincerely annoying it’s like the manger does not know how to order the right amount of food. My friends complain about the same issue. Then there credit credit card machine seems to be always broken it’s always cash only. Tired of this place
It’s annoying always driving up there and never having what I like in stock. one week I went for three days straight and they still had not stocked up on strawberries. plus to add on the guy who works there is rude. Credit card machine always broken.
Great smoothie Great service Straws are too narrow. Needs larger diameter straws for the pieces of fruit to not get stuck in the straw. This is why some places that serve smoothies use those straws that have twice the diameter of normal straws
Drinks are worth the price. Fresh smoothies and acai bowls are so good during the hot summer. Friendly staff and quick service. Recommend when you want to treat yourself to a healthier alternative to ice cream.
Ordered Doordash an acai bowl thing. Got two drinks instead. I don't know how you confuse a bowl with drinks but hey man some people aren't the brightest bulb in the room
I would give it a two or a three if the customer service was good; but it wasn't. The girl was rude to everyone that walked through the door. The drinks were all watery, we asked for a drink to be re maid sense it was only 3/4 to the top. The girl tryed to say we didn't order all our drinks but couldn't get the printer to work so we didn't even get a recite. Will not be going back to this location.
Went for a carrot and orange juice and I'm not sure what they did but this was what I got after straining half of my drink.
