I go here quite frequently and have had nothing but a positive experience. Nick is always such a nice guy whenever I go. However, today another woman was there. I was waiting inside, saying hello, ended up calling the place to get her to finally come out. I don't think I'll be returning if anyone but Nick is there, unfortunately.Food: 5/5
I moved to Belmont a couple of months ago & I have to say this is my favorite Jamba Juice around. I specifically come back here because of Nick who always greets me with a warm smile and even remembers me & what I order! His demeanor is friendly and welcoming and it’s customer service like this that makes people return. Thanks Nick for always making my experience great here.
Arriving at my favorite Jamba juice place and having the person who attends you brighten your day is priceless. Toto, the manager, was kind, attentive and super helpful. now you have another reason to return to Jamba

The staff and management here are incredibly personal. They remember my name, regular orders, etc. Very friendly, great staff!
Ordered a drink for pick up and it took me a little over 10 minutes to get there from when I ordered but they plain forgot to make my drink. Not good when you have a dog in the car on a hot day.
