I'm trying to understand how this location is rated 4 stars. In the 20 years I have been coming here, out of convenience. This location has never made a decent drink. Today was the worse drink I ever had. I drank a few sips and throw it in the trashFood: 1/5
Juice is pretty subpar and they use concentrate fruit juice. I'd check across the street at Kane Juice for a sweet drink or Whole Foods' juice bar for a green juice. Both use fresh vegetables and fruits.Food: 2/5
Nice staff and was pretty clean but they NEVER fully fill my cup even when there is extra smoothie in a blender What a waste
This location is honestly terrible. The worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after today; I have no choice. Today is the 6th time I’ve come in the store & have waited for 8-11 minutes just to order. WHEN NO OTHER CUSTOMER IS INSIDE. Not only that these ladies NEVER greet you or say a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment”. In fact I say hi when walking in & get NO response. It’s actually comical how awful the customer service is. EVERY TIME I have come to this location - I have to wait 8-11 minutes to order; In which the manager magically appears at the 9-11 minute mark, & ask “have you ordered yet”. Anyways, once my order was placed I waited 17 minutes for 2 medium smoothies. Like WHAT LOL. I haven’t met a friendly employee here in over a year, it’s very disappointing. I’ve just had enough of coming here & I HATE NOT tipping, but they leave you with no choice. In addition I would like to add I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 8 years. My dad owns many Jamba Juices across Arizona & Texas, as well as having a family restaurant for over 33 years. With that being said, I know what it’s like to work within a restaurant & how challenging it can be. The unfortunate thing for this location is - the employees absolutely hate their job, & it affects their performance & customers. I really wanted to love this location, especially since I live in the neighborhood. But I won’t be coming back. It triggers my mental health LOL. P.S they’re always out of something, or can’t make something.
The smoothie was amazing! Blanca greeted me as soon as I walked in and talked me through everything that was in the smoothie. I Highly recommend this Jamba, the customer service shown here was top of the line. Thank you.
Just recently went on 02/04 and was ignored for 10 minutes straight, even though there was no one in line ahead of me. I get if they were slammed but if you’re making 5 drinks you can at least acknowledge me as a human being and tell me it’s probably gonna be awhile before I get helped.
This has became my favorite Jamba, from good customer service down to delicious smoothies and a friendly welcoming store coming with my kids is amazing live the decorations.
Drinks are decent but seems like the workers don’t like their jobs because customer service sucks. The employee I dealt with Blanca W on my receipt had an annoyed face while I was making a simple one drink order. And literally ignored me when I asked what time they opened. We were the only two people in the store she was standing right in front of the register. I asked again a second time and she just straight up bland face and all pretended not to hear me. I don’t understand how people in the service industry hire people who hate customers and their jobs. Very disappointed. And frankly disrespected by the employees attitude and lack of response to a simple question.
Great experience at the Eagle Rock Jamba. I got a 28 oz freshly pressed apple juice-- I got to watch them put 8 apples in the juicer and see my drink come out. It was delicious, nutritious, and worth the money. Chris sp? who helped me out was friendly, fun, & honest. Great people, great food! I also signed up for the Jamba Juice app and so got $3 off $10 which was a nice perk. I would return.
I didnt like my smoothie I waited a while for the person to come out from the back Parking: Shares a parking lot with chipotle yogurtland Walgreens and starbucks
