I had the privilege of trying the Cajun food truck, and "the best thing on the truck"  was awesome- what a symphony of flavor: rich & buttery, spicy & savory, shrimp- chicken- sausage, with excellent soft rice.

STAY AWAY! Had the gumbo with red beans and rice; the next morning I had a horrible stomach virus. No good.

Delicious food! Tried this food truck at Ocelot Brewery and it was amazing. I got the “Best thing on the truck” with Corn Maque Choux as a side.

I am from Louisiana. I miss it often. This place is super legit. I have often driven up to an hour to get to the truck. I check their locations weekly in case they are close. I love everything about this place. I want to be friends with the owner. This place makes me miss my dad and his cooking.

Saw this truck today near work...stopped by to grab the last of today’s offering.  Cool owner offered me up   Shrimp Etouffee with a side of dirty rice...neither I’ve tried before...wow, so good.  Check them out.

Best food truck I’ve ever had

Amazing Gumbo. Food was hot, flavorful and ready very quickly.

Delicious,  and fair prices.  I hope to see this food truck again soon!

Not bad. I wouldn't get the shrimp etouffee though.
