Story

Jamco Unlimited Inc. was established in 1995. Jamco stands for James Andrew Macholz Company. The Unlimited� stands for the endless jobs he performs. Jim was born in Bristol, Connecticut and moved to Long Island 11 years later, staying there for 11 years. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree and ran his own remodeling company on Long Island before moving to Florida.

If you are looking for the highest quality remodeling job, then look no further than Jim and Linda at Jamco Unlimited. I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the work they provided us. From their excellent showroom, to the in-house, pre-build consultation to the actual remodeling work, they simply exceeded expectations time and time again. These are fantastic people with whom to work, as is every member of their in-field crew. I highly recommend Jim and Linda and the Jamco team!!

worked with Jim to purchase some RTA cabinets for this home, Jim beat the online price and had the cabinets assembled at the factory! great experience and will be using Jamco Unlimited for all of our future projects.

Linda and Jim were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and on top of that they did an absolutely outstanding job with my kitchen and three bathrooms. My home looks like it belongs in a magazine and I couldn't have done it without JAMCO Unlimited!  A million thank yous!!!

I have worked with Jim for many years handling all his window and door needs.
I have found him to be someone who is honest and dependable. He has always done the jobs properly without cutting corners. If he says he will be there on a certain day and time he will be there.
I know from the times I have been with him on the jobsite that the quality of his work is second to none. I have been to his showroom and he handles a large variety of quality products. I would not hesitate to hire him to work on my own home.

Jamco has just completed a major master bathroom renovation project in my home. I was provided with opportunities to meet with them in their impressive showroom to choose the design, layout, tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, lighting, sinks, paint. They provide their customers with a wide array of selections to meet anyone's budget. Jamco drew up the plan, coordinated inspections, and scheduled the workers in an organized format. They were able to take a 1978 bathroom, strip it down to the studs and build it back up to perfection. Their job performance was outstanding, professional, and they maintained the site as clean as humanly possible, They were available with just a phone call away, if not on site. My favorite is my fully accessible walk in Roman shower. Thank you for running the procedures and stages so smoothly.
