I love Diane and her daughters and I love it’s a locally owned family ran business that has been around for many years. My step father went to Diane way way back in the day for payroll and taxes. So naturally I started to go there once I was of age to file and have filed there ever since. The only issue I would have is the phone lines stay busy but I know it’s that time a yr again and they can only do so much. Thanks guys for always helping me with taxes
I've been coming here for over 10 years, and now I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I haven't received my last 2 years worth of taxes refunds, even though I have gotten all the paperwork to James accounting by mid February both years. Very disappointed, would've thought they would have treated a loyal customer better.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Made me feel like family! Highly recommend.
