Not sure why there are bad reviews of this location. Not only did they get me an insanely good package rate for home/auto, but they also financed the previous car I bought. Always had good service from them.

Horrible customers services James Brown agency has changed dramatically over the years. I have been a customer for over 20 years he has been in business for 25 years... however with the new age of social media, goggle, Twitter and yelp. You  should not lose sight of providing excellent customer service. 
As people we have a right to terminate automatic account withdrawals and take our policies to agents that continue to provide exceptional customer service. 
Jamie has lost sight of this over the years as he thinks one customer account with 6 varies policies  of over 6k a year will not make a difference financially.

However, when one customer has a real estate portfolio with over 10 communities with over 3,000 apartment homes with your rental insurance information being pulled.... you will see and feel the financial difference.
 As a result of horrible customer service and failure to communicate with your insurer’s on policy changes it will make a difference.  Buyers be aware if you have good and stable health insurance you don’t need the highest Personal Injury Insurance (PIP) that he trains his staff to push. 
If you live in a apartment and don’t have a lot of furniture, valuable jewelry, computers, furs and of receipts..... you don’t need to 25K plus for renters Insurance.

Also always check your policies annually because they change your policies without getting approval.. We As A Peolple ...we generally only check for $$changes that may or may not change our cost of living and businesses bank on this... and we as a people only become aware when we go to make a claim or potential claim... please check for accuracy and consistency as well on all your policies you purchase . Think about how much money we give annually to a corporation..: just to be properly protected financially.... for the what if accident sernerio.... that generally usually never happens. I am accident free for 21 plus years and have changed from this agency for deception and poor customer service!
