We live close by and frequent this park. 

Yes, there are sometimes teens who swear or smoke. But, most of the time when they see younger children they stop or go home but sometimes they offer advice and are generally nice. 

Every trip is different! We've enjoyed almost all of our trips. For a free park it's great in my opinion.

The big kids swear and throw things. Most the time it's ok but the older kids get mean. It is free and helmets required. Then you have people bringing very little kids and letting them loose in the park. Coaster bikes ages about 3. There are also older boys smoking while they ride.

Skated here one weekend. The park is FREE and you're not required to wear a helmet or pads. Some of the transition is a little weird, and the park isn't built the best - but it's still a really fun park!

I take my 5 year old there ask the time to practice freestyle biking!
