In 2006 James D. Bernstein Community Health Center in Pitt County was built to provide adult and pediatric medical, dental and mental health services. In addition the clinic also provides specialized diabetes care for complex diabetic patients. Bernstein Community Health Center was expanded by Access East in 2013 and now has 22 exam rooms. For the most part I have been quite satisfied with the Bernstein Dental Clinic in Greenville, NC. My dentist, Dr. Jilg, has been meticulous in performing her dental procedures.  I believe my dental work is of a high professional quality.  The dental auxiliaries have been knowledgeable and friendly.  Until I became aware of office policies I had a few minor miscommunications with the front office staff.  All said I recommend this dental office and staff to patients in need of solid care.

I have no complaints about my Dr, or how I've been treated while there, but I've called and left a voicemail almost every day this week, and cannot get anyone to call me back. At least in Greene county, they ALWAYS called back.

I've tried calling to ask if new patients are being accepted. I called at least 5 times on various days but the appointment option just rings & rings and have yet to answer

The dentists and technicians are great!  But the receptionists or maybe the whole management need  training to improve their services in Customer care. The management should review their schedule system. They dropped out my appointment. I showed up and I was told  I need to call 24 hours before the appointment to confirm it. Hello??? Stay away from there. Your appointment would be dropped out even if you have one set and do not receive a reminder call.
 Just a reminder to the receptionists;  self-pay, Medicaid and private insurances patient are the one who pay your salary as well as the Dentis and technicians too.✈

Been made an appointment  at 11 but I don't get seen till an hour later smh what's the point of making  an appointment  if they not gone abide by your appointment  yall need to do better
