This man is a bully, lacks professionalism,  and has no grasp of business record keeping or standard human courtesy.   I made an appt. with him (after having consulting him several years ago) at which point he said he'd pull my records to see if any updating was needed.   I did not hear back before the appt.   I arrived for my appointment to be told "we have a problem" at which point he presented me two printed out letters,  which he stated he mailed me in 2013,  noting that I had not paid for a visit and two copays.   He said he sent two letters (for 3 missed payments), and never followed up and never sent to collections patting himself on the back for his own "empathy".   I apologized.   Said I was embarrassed, but did not have the cash (he only takes cash) on me to reconcile all of the debt at once.   He misconstrued this as me denying responsibility for the debt and proceeded to admonish me like a child both in words (while he was showing me to the door), and later in a follow-up email after I expressed to him I was very discourage by his treatment of me.   His response?  An email back telling me "maybe you should find a different form of therapy" and "maybe you can go find somebody else to fight with"......these are the words of a therapist.   I cannot help you because you owe me money that I made very little effort to collect.  Get out of my office.   Go find somebody else to fight with.  Thanks James.   Your empathy and integrity are unmatched.   I've never seen worse.  Check is in the mail.
