Most professional office I have been to. Each and every one of the staff is smart and gets to know you and your teeth with great detail. Dr fondreist truly is an artist. His work on my teeth is outstanding. I can't stop smiling! He has such an artistic, detailed and professional approach when working with you. I felt very comfortable with every choice we made to create my new smile! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

I am in my 60's, and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Fondriest is the finest medical professional - of any kind - from whom I have been privileged to receive care. In the 20+ years I have been a patient, I've never experienced anything but professionalism of the highest order and genuine friendliness from Jim and his staff. I enthusiastically recommend Jim and his team with hesitation, and in particular to those who like me present unique or special challenges.

I was referred to Dr. Fondriest by my former dentist midway through my treatment plan which involved crown lengthening and veneers. After meeting with Dr. Fondriest and his staff, it was apparent I was in good hands. Dr. Fondriest is thorough in his explanation of procedures so you feel comfortable and informed. His staff is super friendly and welcoming and is a constant source of information and assistance. The results are amazing, and I am so very appreciative of my new smile!

Dr. Fondriest is, hands down the most talented dentist I have ever seen. He and his staff are friendly, professional and highly skilled. I am very grateful that Dr. Fondriest was recommended to me. He has been able to repair the damage done by dentists years ago. I feel welcomed into a friendly atmosphere every time I visit. Highly recommend!

From the time you enter the office and Debbie or Heather greet you, you feel welcomed, well taken care of and valued at Lake Forest Dental Arts.    Debbie and Heather accommodate your needs with a smile and willingness to make the experience easy for you.
Ilyse, the hygienist, is gentle yet thorough, and at the end of the session, you have clean teeth with a smooth and polished feel.  Ilyse is always helpful with suggestions about how to floss, brush, etc. in ways that fit into your lifestyle so it is easy to do.  She is caring, problem-solving and personalizes teeth care to best work for you.
Dr. Fondriest is a perfect combination of professional and personal.  He immediately puts you at ease, and you are reassured your treatment will be well done.  He is knowledgeable; he continues his education and presents at dental conferences, so you know he is well respected among his peers.   In addition to Dr. Fondriest’s dental abilities, he has an artist's eye  (he’s a talented nature photographer!), and you know any anything he does for you will be the best quality dental work and will present the best cosmetic appearance.   
In my lifetime I’ve been to many dentists; this is my favorite dentist and practice.  I highly recommend Lake Forest Dental Arts.
