This is the worst I’ve ever seen. I was not able to put less than one star. Long story short, this stressed dentist and his accountant send me a full bill ($400) and they claimed my insurance didn’t pay at all. I called Insurance and Insurance said nobody submitted such a claim. I asked Dr.Lewis office to submit to my Insurance, they blackmailed me. I submitted by myself and Insurance emailed me they paid their portion. I mailed a letter to Dr.Lewis office (certified mail) and asked them to send me the balance bill. Nobody send me the balance bill until I found $80 collection on my credit report. 
I’ve talked to my attorney and I’ll sue this racist dentist very soon. Minority beware.

I've always been scared of dentists, but he and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I won't go any where else. They listen and are very sincere. He does exactly what you want him to do and do not push the issue of saving your teeth. He gives you the option. I was very impressed to see that this is a Christian environment. I have recommended my friends to him. Thank you Dr Lewis and your friendly staff for always getting me in quick!
