A very bad experience!   When we tried to converse with the office about our experience we were treated rudely and told to go "elsewhere.".  We recommend against using this company.

So Far I'm appalled at the level of service provided by James Pest Control. They guaranteed they would get rid of the Ants. It would take two visits, for a Cost of $150. It would be 15 days apart. First the "Front Office" failed to make the 15 day followup appointment. They did however have the audacity to send the bill, and when I called to inquire, they stated, you are a first time customer, so we want to receive payment before we finish service. The gentleman was scheduled to come out a week later. He was very cordial and professional, however here we are 15 days later, and we still have Ants and I just received a call saying they would do it, but for an extra $50. Not only have they failed to drastically decrease or eliminate our  Ant problem, they continue to try and extort us for more Money. The Customer Service lady was not the kindest, nor customer service oriented. DO NOT HIRE JAMES PEST CONTROL!  If you're seeking Pest Control Services, go with somebody accredited and carefully read the reviews. That was my failure. After my regretful and deplorable situation I've read numerous reviews revealing that my situation is not unique. STAY AWAY!   I will be discussing this situation with my lawyers to determine the most appropriate course of action to take with this entity.

We had JPC in mid June. 2016.  It is mid August now and we have ants all over the kitchen.  JPC said that the initial $125 fee has a "residual effect" for only 30 days....i.e. if we had ants after mid July - we had to pay ANOTHER FEE or sign ANNUAL CONTRACT to handle the issue.  If they had clarified this at the start - we would have used a can of RAID.   We feel very ripped off - only company excuse was "ants are bad this year."   Will NEVER fo back and advise all friends to avoid this scam.

The technician was great.  We were very comfortable having him in our home and he was very knowledgable.  The service itself was just as promised and we saw excellent results.

The tecnician says how Jerry the owner will make things right if your not happy but the secretary/ vice president won't let you talk to them, charged $225.00 for two treatments , was told because the treatments were not 3-4 weeks apart is the reason why the sugar ants wouldn't give the best results. They want you to sign up for$58 a month , The new pest control company was in disbelief that James pest control never checked my foundation nor less the crawl space, ants come from the outside right??? They found colonies going up my foundation! and sprayed twice the chemical plus going under the house the first day! Plus the rude secretary who won't let you speak to the owner refunds your check with M.r. last name to make it hard to cash your refund at citizens and farmer bank.
