Efficient, effective and results driven. Great communication throughout the process and very efficient, never had to meet up more than the bare minimum required. Even then he setup digital signature process allowing me to do the transaction from home! He is very flexible and works to your schedule and preference. If you prefer to meet, he's always available. If you never want to leave your house, everything is seamlessly taken care of over email. Leased the same unit twice with him and both times we got asking and a very credible tenant. 10/10 would recommend and/or use his services again!

Jamie has been my one and only Realtor for the past 9 years, having purchased and sold a total of 8 properties with him.  He is very knowledgeable of the housing market in general, and makes the entire buying and selling experience so comfortable.  He uses very professional marketing materials to list your home, and a team of wonderful staff to assist.  I have always valued his honesty when buying with him, and appreciate that he won't just try to sell you any random house to make a quick buck. Jamie is a true professional.  He was consultative in his approach and offered helpful suggestions throughout the home buying process.  He was even able to provide some recommendations on other things that helped making the buying and closing process as efficient as possible.  Jamie was familiar with the different areas I was most interested in and provided me information that would of be timely for me to get myself.  At the end, I felt I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision to buy a home and have recommended Jamie to others whenever I talk about my home.  I appreciate the amount of communication that we had during the process and follow up since moving in two years ago.

Jamie and Rafael were amazing to work with. They helped us purchase at an optimal price and maximize value on the sale of our current property. I would highly recommend them to all, and wouldn't consider using any other realtor in the future.
