We are a family friendly restaurant always using the freshest ingredients to prepare our meals!

Story

Come on into Jamo's Restaurant and Bar in Herkimer, New York.
We strive to bring you only the freshest and most flavorful meals. With all our meals prepared in house, from the dressings on your salad, to the hand cut fries.
We have something for everyone on our menu! Try one of our specialty burgers or choose the toppings of your choice and create your own masterpiece. But if red meat isn't for you, then enjoy one of our many other entrée selections, or sandwiches with vegetarian, chicken, and seafood options. End your meal with one of our homemade desserts prepared by our in house pastry chef each morning, or grab something from our dessert case for later.

Each and Every Visit the Food is Great. Service stellar. Beautifully decorated (could use some sound dampening panels in the ceiling) Great Value and a fave of my parents, myself & husband. Even my sisters & her husband from MD love this place. Ice cold Heineken too

We came for our anniversary. The food was great and the portions were very generous. The server was fast and efficient, brought us refills without us having to ask. Very reasonable prices. All around great!!

Best restaurant in Herkimer! The food was amazing! Great selection of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. Highly recommend the pulled pork mac and cheese appetizer. We also had the deep fried cheese curds, poutine and corn fritter appetizers. All were great! Was here with a group of 5 and everyone loved their food. Had their French dip sandwich. Was really good. Highly recommend this place.

The food here was excellent, and they had quite a few different choices. Calamari was perfect, not chewy at all. Good beer choices from Empire. Steak and seafood were cooked perfectly. Those fries though, yum. The service is not designed to be snappy, but they were very attentive and I didn't feel like we waited that long.

Not sure how the food is. Been here for 80 minutes, still waiting... 90 minutes... I would have walked out 45 minutes ago, my wife insisted we wait. Update: Food came shortly after my 90 minute update. The burger was actually pretty good. A little over done, but certainly not bad. Loved the garlic parm fries. So good food, but very slow.
