My fiancee has a deadly lung disease and obtained services through Jan Dils thinking she would fight for her Social Security ad she states in her ads. He is 46 years old and has done one trade his whole life, which has caused him to develop a lung disease.  So the last thing we received from social security states hecan retrain to do something else. The man did this job for 30 years and made almost $15 an hour and they expect a 46 year old diabetic with a titanium rod in his leg and a deadly ling disease to train to do something else. He never knows what's going on until he receives something from Social Security. He he called two days in a row, didn't call yesterday and then called today and nobody has called him back to even tell him what's going on. Let me tell you though if he was a drug addict or a drunk they would have wrote him an SSI check right the and there, but since he has always been a decent man, worked for 30 years and paid his taxes he can't get squat. Its been over 3 years since he first filed for social security. 3 years of no money coming in for groceries or bills. I help him with what I can, but I have children too and its really hard. The Customer Service is not what it should be. Look for another lawyer.

Like many others, I really thought my health record spoke for itself; that the government would review my information and approve my case. Three years later, no approval. It wasn't until I contacted the Charleston office that anything got going. Filing again, with a lawyer helping me, made them take me seriously.  Thanks to Kevin (and everyone else who assisted), I finally have access to the benefits I spent 36 years earning.

Technically it should be a negative star, because thanks to this firm I missed my hearing at the regional office and it took over five years to get approved. And in that time I lost my home job and marriage, losing the home was partially their fault. I am still fighting to keep them from getting the 20% fee. No customer service, just taking advantage of people and veterans.
