There is only one way to truly know the quality of any contractor, and that is how a situation is handled when something goes wrong.  One never hopes that there will be a problem on a big project, but since there was a problem at the outset of my project, I am much better positioned to give my feedback.  When there was a problem with my assigned project manager, Doug rectified the situation IMMEDIATELY, without any resistance, questioning or excuses. Thank you!  And the crews were fantastic too, courteous, neat and professional.

From our first interaction with Ryan, to the Boomer and Ray on the  installation team, and the business office staff....  Professional in every matter and determined to provide exceptional customer service.  I would recommend Jancewicz and Sons without reservation.

Great people, great service, great product... what could be bad?  They were very responsive to our needs and requests, and stood by their work when finishing up last details.  Love our new roof!
