I would rate Jansen Team Real Estate very highly. Rob had all the qualities I look for in an agent - patience, integrity, knowledge of the local real estate market, and quick follow-up/communication. Throughout our several months of searching for a home with Rob, my wife and I were impressed how he would quickly identify positive and/or negative features of a home based on our preferences. He applied his knowledge of what we liked and didn't like to screen and assess homes for us. I especially appreciated Rob's candor in evaluating a home's features and location. In addition, Rob was widely available and communicated frequently to show us homes, all over a period of several months. 

I would highly recommend Jansen Team Real Estate for your next purchase or sale of a home.

Rob did an unbelievably great job in a complex transaction. We purchased a house from 2 sellers (joint owners) and we concurrently sold our own house.  Additionally, multiple people involved were self-employed and one of the properties needed some updating and thus difficult to assess. Rob was able to coordinate all of the parties, help with financing connections, handle difficult inspections, and handle personalities.  I consider his services to be a bargain, and him to be a true trusted advisor.  Thanks Rob!

We have had Rob sell three of our properties for us in the last 5 years.  We admire Rob's organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Rob was always available to us and would always promptly respond to email / calls.  Usually they were my petty questions but Rob never made me feel like any question no matter how small was not important.

Rob was great about not pushing us into homes nor did he  push us away from homes.  Instead he asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions.  If we were unsure, we asked him for his  personal/professional opinion and only then would he influence our decision.  

Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that we interviewed before Rob  treated the entire process as purely business (very impersonal and all-business).  Our experience with Rob while professional, was also very personal, we got to learn about Rob and his family, and our kids loved him. 

You can't go wrong with someone who knows his profession inside and out. We will continue to use Rob in the future if the need arises.

We met Rob Jansen many years ago when he was holding an open house and we just happened to stop by.  We immediately liked him and began working with him to find our "perfect" house.  We had a tough list and spent many years in the search, but finally found it just this year.  Rob was always so persistent in his quest for us, but never pushy in any way, and did I mention, unbelievably patient!  We will always be grateful to him for all his time and efforts and truthfully, we miss hanging out with him!!  Ha!

When we were looking for a home to buy with our son and his wife, we asked Rob Jansen to be our agent.  We looked at several houses in the Orange County area that fit our requirements.  Rob is very straight forward and extremely knowledgeable about the properties in this area and the workings of the financial side of real estate transactions.  With Rob's help we found a great property and he closed the deal that day.  I would highly recommend Rob's team if you are looking to buy or sell.
