I have purchased many types of jewelery from Jared ( engagement ring, wedding rings, necklaces, bracelets, Pandora charms, ect.) and am happy with all of them BUT beware of buying a watch from them because they do not repair them in house, they have to send them out to repair. I purchased a Movado watch and also a lifetime warrenty for it last year for my wife. My wife loves it and wears it every day. The glass face some how got chipped and I brought in for repair. It took over 6 weeks to get it fixed.

I get all my jewelry exclusively from here only. I bought my entire Pandora collection from here a beautiful diamond Michelle watch and band my tennisbracelet and diamond baguette. I've spent tens of thousands and have yet to be disappointed

Was good at first but then they never called me back. I gave them specs of a diamond I wanted and was looking to spend a lot of money, their loss. Bad business. I went to a high end jeweler and got exactly what I wanted. Don't waste your time here, especially if you're looking for a good quality diamond. Do your research people

I've been going there since they opened. But this place has become a joke. Always new people. Difficult to form a relationship with staff. On this last experience, I walk in to purchase a Pandora bracelet and a few charms. Once again some new sales lady I've never met before attacks me upon entering. Within 10 seconds of her running her mouth, i knew this wasn't going to be a unpleasant visit. I should of went with my instincts and left. But my wife said give her a chance. Long story short! After over an hour of ignorance and dealing with some who trying to sell us a car, I had to watch her bumble through messing up the transactions on the register she didn't know how to work it. I demanded my Jared card back and walked out. Never again. I'm not saying her name, because I don't think she's a bad person just inexperienced and desperate for a commission. Jared needs to change this culture. and I wouldn't want to be responsible for her getting fired. 2 days later I went directly to a Pandora store met with a professional who knew what she was doing and purchased the exact items I was looking for. And it only took 20 minutes.

My experience at jared in watchung was amazing! We were greeted right away after walking in, told what we were looking for and how much our budget is. They respected what we had to say and worked with us to keep as close to the budget as possible without sacrificing quality. I've been to some jewerly stores where they made us feel uncomfortable for not being able to spend more then what we can afford. My engagement ring is stunning and we're so happy we came here!
