I am only give 2 stars for the people working on the floor because nothing else I have experienced here has been remotely positive. I dropped of my wedding band to get sizer beads and it was not done correctly, then showed them my engagement ring to model off of that (done at another place in MD).  I could hear the jeweler speaking to the customer service representative and he was not very nice and only agreed to do what I wanted after speaking with me.   Then my ring was not ready when I showed up a full day after it was supposed to be ready.  They told me it would take 20 minutes, when I said I had groceries in the car they said it would take 5 minutes.  I didn't want the work to be rushed so I said I would come back.  I will NEVER come here again.

I ordered my wedding band from here a few weeks ago and to find out they ordered the wrong ring! Then they couldn't find the ring that I ordered and now it apparently doesn't exist. So they had to refund me a check which I have yet to receive. I then ordered another ring... and guess what it was again the wrong ring! My wedding is a now week away. I just ordered another ring off of Amazon. This place will never receive any of my business ever again. Nobody wants to take blame for ordering the wrong ring and causing this who debacle. They pass on the issue to the next salesman because they don't have any answers.

I don't write reviews often but felt the need today.  Often we only recognize the negative and I wanted to share some positivity.  I walked into Jared not sure of what I was exactly looking for.  I was greeted with smiles and it continued with great service.  Kim, the manager, assisted me with above the notch service! She was awesome!  I absolutely love love my necklace!!!!   So happy with the whole experience!

The Best service I've ever experienced. They were warm and welcoming. They listened to what I need and found me a great piece and the price I needed to be at.

If you are looking for great customer service, or even the feeling like you exist...this is not the place to go. The manager is rude and will add their service plan into the price of what ever you are looking at with out telling you... But the lady who I asked about cleaning jewelry practically rolled her eyes at me. I worked for this company 4 years ago, and I can tell you if I treated customers the way I was treated today, I would not have had a job.  No point in calling since the manager obviously doesn't care about quality of service. Never again!!!
