Purchased a beautiful ring but within the first 3 months I kept coming back over and over again for repairs which was really annoying and embarrassing. Life happened and tried to return the ring which was still in great condition but they said they couldn't take it back or anything and refused to help. To add insult to injury I was given a number of points for the purchase which I was told it was good till I spend it. But when I returned to redeem those points I was told they expired about 2 months after that purchase so they were gone and there was nothing I can do. I will never go back and if everyone wants a better experience I suggest Zales they have made things so much easy for the customer. I have already told numerous people to avoid Jared.

The manager Gary has been helpful every time I visited the store to make a purchase. I received nothing but professional courtesy that extended to each subsequent visit. I have purchased both sets of diamond earrings for both of my daughters. I purchased the engagement ring for my wife and several other items.

Review for 1 Employee: Gary Altman. I have worked with him 3x times and each time has been a great experience!  I have worked with 2 other people. Once being a girl from Asian decent. She was very about herself and seemed she was more worried about just getting a sale and bragging about her fiance. We worked with another gentleman who was ok but didn't stand out by any means. I will keep going back to this location only because of the customer service of Gary. Request him if you can!!
