My parents had them clean their basement after a flood. The cleaning job was good but all my dads drill bits are gone and a large metal bowl that belonged to my mom. They are very disappointed in the stealing of these items.

I used this company after I had a fire in my Kitchen, they were referred by my Insurance Adjuster.  Sandra, the manager for the Contents Division was awesome, she was very patient with us during this very challenging time.  
The crew-members that packed out our home and cleaned our possessions were polite, hard working and conscientious.  Special shout out to Corky, Jeannie, Bonnie, Danny and Brandon!  Thanks everybody,  you made a very bad situation so much better.
While I hope that my friends and family members would never have the misfortune of having a fire at their home, if they did I would certainly recommend this company.

This is a horrible company.  The owner is the worst human I have ever known.  They will cheat you and kick you while you're down as long as they are making a buck!  No heart!  Do not trust the Jarvis family!!!

I agree with the person that said do not trust these guys! My husband worked on a restoration job for Jarvis for 3 weeks and never got paid a penny!!!

We recently had a sewer backup in our condo. This was a complete disaster, and a very overwhelming experience. Thankfully we received great service from Jarvis Property Restoration. Dan came out to our house and clearly explained what steps would be done to clean up the mess and he helped us with our insurance company to get the claim filed correctly. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making us feel comfortable that everything was cleaned correctly and we could use our basement without worry.
