I have been working with Jasmin for over five years and to say that she has changed my life is an understatement. I've been in and out of "therapy" for over 30 years.  I am also on a "cocktail" of drugs for bi-polar disorder and a recovering Alcoholic and Compulsive Overeater.  It took me a long time to find someone who could balance the various sides of my issues and perspectives on life with intelligence, compassion, insight and creativity.  Working with Jasmin has been a wonderful learning adventure for me on emotional, spiritual and practical levels.  I love ending each session with a little "assignment" for the week and learning more about the value of meditation.  Working with Jasmin has made a huge difference in my life.
