Jason Chafe is friendly and professional. Very patient to ensure that you get the best coverage to match you insurance needs and to obtain the best price. A lot of companies and agents advertise that they will be there for you when you need them. Jason really is. Total customer service orientation. While in Amarillo I had a new car totaled by a hit and run driver, Jason was there. Our new home flooded on Easter morning, Jason was there with help and guidance that morning and throughout the reclamation and repair process. Jason made a connection with our family in a genuinely sincere way that goes beyond a business relationship. We stay connected even today through Facebook beyond my company moves to Houston, Los Angeles, and now Lake Charles. I give Jason the highest of commendations.

Jason is an awesome hardworking man and will do everything possible to get you the best price and rates available. He is very sincere and kind and has a heart of gold. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him if you want someone you can trust like family and be treated as such!

Jason and his staff offer quality insurance at a great price but it is the family style atmosphere that we value the most. Jason and his staff go out of their way to make claims and adjustments easy and headache free. We have all of our insurance with Jason and have even done some auto loans and credit cards through State Farm and received great rates!

I recently had an incident and needed to file a claim. I called Jason and he immediately submitted my claim and had me fixed up in a rental car while my car was in the shop. It was effortless for me and very reassuring to know he was there when I needed him. Hands down, Jason is the BEST agent in town!!

I have known Jason for a couple of years now and since the first moment that I met him he has been one of the biggest impacts on my life. He is the biggest mentor there is. He changed my life, I had no motivation to go to college and I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life and he pushed me to go to college and I will end up with a great career because of him. He works extremely hard. He goes for his goals and dreams and doesn’t stop until he gets there. He has an amazing family. I have been in a few wrecks and he has been there through everything with me. He’s an amazing guy and I couldn’t ask for a better insurance agent or mentor.
