I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time because of bad experiences and huge fear of how bad my teeth would be.  This was the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had. The girl was really sweet, she gave me tips on better oral hygiene with out being condescending, found a different tool when the one she was using was freaking me out and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Dukes was great too. A great practice for even the most high maintenance patient!

What most of the staff lacks in friendliness (general awkwardness and irritability), is more than made up for by Dr. Dukes' approachable, kind, and overall reassuring demeanor and personality. 

He is a fantastic dentist, willing to go the extra mile to insure comfort and reduce anxiety. I, for one, have been extremely uncomfortable with any dentist in the past, and Dr. Dukes' office has really done a lot to minimize any and all discomfort I may have during every visit; from the flat screen TVs above the dental chairs, to the comfortable waiting area, to the minimized pain during and after my visits, I have nothing but a glowing review for Dr. Dukes' office.

Dr. Dukes is the only place I've ever been where the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth.  No offense to some of the assistants because I have had a couple of good ones but when Dukes cleans my teeth there is far less gum pain.

Dr. Dukes is a phenomenal dentist! Not only do he and his staff do high-quality, comfortable work, but they actually make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! I have to say, there's nothing quite like being able to lean back in the dentist's chair and watch Ocean's 11 on a small, ceiling-mounted television while I have a cavity filled. An inexpensive but incredibly thoughtful touch that characterizes the quality of work being done at this office.
