What a nice surprise. I haven’t been to Jason’s Deli for 5 years. It has made its way into my favorite lunch places. This is an “order at the counter and they bring you your food” place. The menu is extensive. We had a BLT bowl salad and a huge baked potato Plane Jane Lighter with fountain drinks. I especially liked the 10% gratuity option instead of the starting at 18%, and drinks less than $3. Our lunch, for two, with tip was $30. The food was fresh and the portions generous. Service was fast and pleasant. The only issue was the teas were all weak, so we dumped them and got sodas. To top it off there is a complimentary soft serve ice cream cone dispenser. Parking: Loads of shopping center parking.
calm atmosphere. food is delicious and employees are kind. Come here with my friends often and enjoy it every time. Love the employees and the food is always great. Never had a bad experience. Parking: Super easy to find spots
I only had thirty minutes for lunch, so I placed my order 15 minutes before heading out. Normally, I don't check my order after paying for it, but once back at work, I realized that my order was incorrect. This has happened before, but this time Jason's Deli made it right. I love their delightful chicken salad on whole wheat toasted light mayo. Thanks for the great customer service experience.
I needed to place a last-minute group lunch order for an office meeting. A couple of the orders placed were somewhat complicated, and one of the items requested wasn't even on the menu. I called and spoke with Israel and he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I noticed this because it was during the lunch rush, when busy employees tend to be dismissive or try to rush you off the phone. He helped me properly place the difficult order so there were no mistakes. When I picked up the order, everything was bagged up and ready to go! Each person had their own bag with their name written on it, which made my life SO MUCH EASIER!! Another kind employee at the register I forgot to ask her name suggested I pull my car up curbside so I wouldn't have to carry the 2 large bags myself. By the time I pulled the car around, Israel was already outside with the entire order, which was perfectly accurate and not missing a single item. The whole experience was wonderful. This isn't the first time I've received excellent service from Jason's Deli, and I know it won't be the last. I realize the details I've listed are typical for an employee who provides great customer service, but Israel and his team went above and beyond by anticipating my needs so that I could have a better experience, and doing so with a smile and a genuine concern for my satisfaction. That level of warm competence is no longer the norm, and I don't take it for granted. Thank you, Israel and team! I see you!! Keep up the great work!! :
I had zucchini pasta and it was AMAZING, my friend had the managers special and loved it as well. Salad bar was well worth the prize. Great place to eat. Vegetarian options: I only saw two options labeled vegetarian, but it was really good.
Shanice made an awesome club royal so good. I ordered it twice Thank yall for outstanding customer service! Fantastic job!Food: 5/5
Portions were great for value, online ordering was seamless, and the order handoff was great. This was by far my best ever curbside experience.Food: 5/5
I worked near this location 20 years ago, so I recommended it to my two former coworkers as our quarterly get together spot since Blue Ribbon Grill closed. Oh my this place has changed. Everything was sticky including the freezing cold bathrooms. The qr code for the menu said access denied. The first staff member started taking our order and walked away. I have always loved the salad bar, but sadly nothing is cut up anymore and the butter knives cannot cut raw veggies. The two teen girls working tried really hard for everyone else and did get us everything we asked for, it just took a while. My friend ordered a baked potato, but we had to go back up for a spoon, salt and pepper and waited for butter. It was a giant hunk of a solid butter stick in a plastic container which took forever to break up and try to melt/spread. We would not return, but knowing staffing shortages, I do have to say the two teens were working it.
Late night visit to local favorite for healthier dish. Great service as always. Not too far from closing, and they still had things well stocked. After ordering Light Jane Potato and a one time salad for my wife, California Club with pineapples and sweet sauce that goes with it for me, and the Deli Cowboy Briskette sandwich with chips for my son; I had to have some of their great muffin treats. Food came out timely while we munched on healthy snacks. Finished as it was closing, and managed to get the last of the free ice cream. They bid us good night, and of course said see you next time.
Just not the same anymore. Dined in. My tray was sticky at the bottom, it was hair under my napkin and silverware & my salad bowl was dirty. Went back to the counter to get clean utensils and just had to ask for plasticware & the to-go salad container because the next 4 bowls she picked up was also dirty and she had the nerve to try me and give me a dirty bowl because she was embarrassed. No Sweet Pea, I’ll take plastic. But why? No managers, no supervisors supervising? Not to mention the sandwich meat and tomatoes were not fresh. It’ll be McAllister‘s for me…
