My Husband and I used Jason as our restate agent for our recent home purchase in DC. We were looking in the DC and Maryland area for a home and we lucked out having Jason on our team. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was patient and worked on our timeline. Jason went out of his way to be available to us, answering all or our questions, meeting us in the evenings and weekends to show us properties, and talking us through all the steps long the way. This was our first home purchase and I don’t think we could have had a better partner. Jason made the whole process run smoothly and he was responsive and efficient in working with our lender and Title Company. He listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect place for us. We are so happy we found him and we can’t recommend his services highly enough!

Jason was amazing. As a first time home buyer, there were lots of things Jason prepared us for. He walked us through the process, and it's a process, and made it as easy as it could be. He never applied pressure, but also advised us when to make an offer, while never pushing us out of our comfort zone. We would highly recommend him to family and friends, and already have. He was always available, even when he was out of town, and made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner.

After buying and selling multiple properties in multiple states in my lifetime, I do not know anyone better that Jason Skipworth to have as my realtor. He knows the DC market and trends and neighborhoods. He is always responsive, helpful and focused and gives great advice from beginning to the end. He makes you feel that you are his only client which is clearly not the case. A talented, smart and thoughtful professional. Just call him.

Where to begin. Jason was recommended to me through a close friend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being a first time home buyer, I had so many questions about the market, financing process, you name it, and Jason was incredibly patient with me. He took the time to explain things and I was always impressed by his responsiveness. I'd send him an email or text with a quick question and he would often get back to me within minutes. I felt like he was truly my partner and on my side and not just trying to close the deal and move on to the next one. If you're looking for someone who knows the DC market in and out, can serve as your friend and advocate, I highly recommend Jason for your real estate needs. I've referred him to all my friends!

There aren't enough good things to say about Jason. He is super communicative, competent, and accommodating. Jason responded to all of our inquiries in a very quick manner. He offered his opinions when we were overwhelmed while also making it clear that we were the ultimate decision makers. This is our second time working with Jason and we can't imagine going through this process with anyone else.
