We recently had our roof replaced by Jasper Contractors.  To the credit of David Dickerson, he took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. David worked directly with our insurance company to expedite the claims process to ensure the claim settlement was fair and reasonable.
 The crew was professional and completed without issue. 
After completion, they did an excellent job cleaning the entire area.  We highly recommend this great company.

Amazing experience working with Jimmy (James Stokes) and all the Jasper Contractors staff in the replacement of my roof.  Jimmy always prompt response, professional and just easy to work with.  Jasper's Team worked with my home owners insurance and provided all necessary information for prompt claim approval.  The installers were very efficient finishing installation in one day with great clean-up.  Beautiful roof of quality materials - very happy.

My son is under contract with Ralph and he recommended we use him and Jasper. So happy with the results and quality of customer service we have been receiving. Ralph checks in to keep us updated and stops by when he sees us outside while in the neighborhood. He even helped bring in my trash cans from the curb. Now that's what I call superb service.

I want to give Ralph 10 🌟 because he handled both my houses with no problem. Constant communication and easy to deal with. Very honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'll be recommending a few of my clients to Ralph. The quality of work and speed of service is phenomenal. The guys started working when I left for work in the morning and were finished before I got home. I truly am amazed with this company.

I signed a contract with Ralph to have my roof installed after damage from Irma. When all other roofing companies seemed to busy to deal with me Ralph and Jasper were always available to answer my questions. Though out the process they kept me informed and were very professional. On the day of the install Ralph continually checked on the progress and kept me informed of how the install was going. My roof was completed in one day with minimal stress to the family and it looks great too!
