Lovely and welcoming, nice outdoor seating including a dog owner's walk up window, sofas, and chess tables. Almost no prices posted on anything. Nor did the counter girl know them. But they know what's vegan, gluten free, etc. And their chili is good.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and some coffee this morning after camping last night. Food was great but the service and hospitality were questionable. Ordered a cinnamon roll and breakfast sandwich to split and left a tip at the register. When she handed me the cinnamon roll cold, I asked politely to have it warmed up and the girl said sure, left it on the plate on top of the napkin which ended up being stuck all over the bottom of the roll and handed it back to me. No silverware, so I went back up to ask for some and another annoyed girl handed me two plastic forks that were impossible to use to eat the cinnamon roll. Other customers, maybe locals, had their food brought out to their tables but lowly out of towners had to wait and go up to pick their own food up (not that I mind picking my food up if I hadn't seen them bringing food out to others). The breakfast sandwich did come with one set of metal silverware so they did have it just didn't want to give it to us for the cinnamon roll. Again, food was great but didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the staff at all.

Had a lousy experience yesterday. My husband said the coffee which was just plain coffee wasn't anytning special. His chile was good. I got chicken salad sandwich was not at all as described on menu. Very little chicken salad on bread which was dry and crumbled all over. Mostly picked up pieces of bread and chicken off plate and ate. My friend got turkey club. The bread was so hard it hurt her mouth inside. Her hot chocolate tasted like hot milk with no chocolate in it at all. She complained about it. They didn't care. My sandwich and a bowl of soup 1 coffee cost over $16.00. What a rip off. They wont have too worry about seeing us again.
