Outstanding customer service, just wish they'd get the wheels off my car cleaner than they do. Other than that they're good. I like the fact that there's a team of people who work on getting your car cleaned & dried up in a timely fashion.

Service is absolute Garbage. I paid $212.68 for a full detail inside and out. Picked up the car almost eight hours later, the seats had been wet down along with the rug, no attempt to clean was made. My car was pretty well kept, two crackers my son dropped the night before, were wet, right between the seats. This is my second car, my son has ridden in it twice in a year. Upon close inspection, it was plain to see the car was not even vacuumed before the carpet was soaked to give the impression of a shampoo. What appeared to be liquid wax was poured over my car, right over dry pigeon poop that fell on my car the day before. When I saw what had and hadn't been done to my car, I complained to the manager who while apologizing 600 times; only refunded me 50% of my money. Payment they required before the "Service" was performed. They took my car back in and I waited for an hour while the workers complained in spanish and proceeded to tear into my carpetting which was pretty free of any ground in dirt or stains, with a wire brush. Don't even think of bringing your car here. They are thieves and butchers who shouldn't be allowed to touch someone's car, let alone wash it.

They have solid monthly unlimited wash subscription options. They can even see your past history of purchases to help determine if it makes sense to setup a monthly plan. This helped me save money and actually get more washes especially when needed in the winter months to get rid of road salt.
