Todd Riley helped me find my widowed mother a new mattress. When he asked a series of questions of her to determine what she was looking for, he directed her to a quality mattress, and surprisingly it wasn't the most expensive in the store. We then worked and tried out many more until she found what she was happy with, and it was a little more $ that the original one he guided her towards. I respect that he wasn't trying to sell for the $, but for the need. He was super patient and helpful. He was prompt in his follow up and he delivered it when we asked him to.(even though we changed the schedule on him several times he was delightful!) I highly recommend using this organization instead of the national firms that spend lots of money on advertising..... which is then passed on to the customer. Thank you Todd! You made this experience a super pleasant one and I will continue to refer my friends and family to you.

I thought I would have to buy a mattress online to get a good deal - So glad I bought my mattress local instead! First, they had a wide selection of mattresses that you can check out before you buy. Then, I got an amazing price and they were able to deliver and set up my bed the same day!! I would definitely shop here again! I'm a huge fan of supporting local businesses. With great service and great prices, why not?

Amazing customer service! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I'm so happy with my purchase. My mattress is so comfy. I sleep so much better now! Thank you JaxMattress! When you go just ask for Todd Riley! :)

They are awesome! Came out to the store even though it was closed. Was very patience while we spoke to our sick mother on the phone about what she wanted. Even delivered fast! Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience here finding a queen for a good price and great quality. Will definitely tell friends and revisit again if the time comes! Great service!
