First, if you use a company where you don't have an agent, you're making a big mistake. You need someone who is looking out for you. Jay is an incredible agent who is always looking out for you. After asking all the necessary questions to find out what your needs are, he then explains all of the available coverages. He also will tell you, in no uncertain terms, the minimum coverage you should have. He doesn't over-recommend so he can make more money. He tells you, honestly and with explanations, what makes sense. If you don't want to follow his advice (mistake), fine. And if you ever have a question, you can always reach him with ease. This guy is the real deal. JM in Washington, DC
