If I could give them a -number for this review, I would. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY MISQUOTED ME TWICE for my insurance during a state to state transfer. And when I was informed that my policy had to be re-written with the correct quote, I was told that all I needed to do was sign new forms and wait for my auto pay to come out of my account. I received no documentation or letters about the changes to my policy. THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and they told me that because the policy was cancelled, I was unable to be insured again. I CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE To complain about their lack of customer service and LAURIE IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE LAUGHED AT ME and stood up for them even though they were in the wrong. It’s nice to see that Statefarm loves to cover for their offices even when they LEFT ME UNINSURED for my vehicle in a high accident area. I’ve been a loyal statefarm customer since 2013 and never had any issues until I moved to Florida. They are HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY FASHION WHATSOVER.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They cancelled my policy without telling me and there is ALWAYS a problem with my bill. They love to give the run around and they never lose of course.

Phone calls go answered, nor are they returned when leaving a message. Look elsewhere, I am dropping them the next billing cycle..They must be related to the boss, couldn't make it anywhere else..

I asked for my policy to be transferred from one agent to the next. My policy has two cars on it. They cancelled one of my policies and didn't tell me. My bill was caught up and no one could explain to me as to why they cancelled my policy. I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't know what they are doing.

Absolute disappointment.  Our insurance was cancelled without a single word from our agent.  I have an older car with high mileage and within a span of six months I had multiple issues which left me stranded and in need of a tow.  Naturally, I used my insurance since that is what it's supposed to be for.  At any point had my agent or his office called to say that we were nearing or past our limit then I would have made sure to just call a tow company on my own the next time.  But no, they just cashed their check every month.  Car insurance is one of the biggest scams in America.  They require you to have it, but when you use it then it gets cancelled.  We were customers for ten years with State Farm.  Don't use Jay Leniz and don't use State Farm.
