We are family owned and have been in the business for over 60 years selling western wear and making fine leather saddles, belts and purses.

We are family owned and have been in business for over 60 years. We sell western wear from hats to boots. We carry Wrangler, Cinch, Cruel Girl and many more. We also have a full service custom and repair shop so if your in need of saddle repair or anything else we can take care of that you. We custom make saddles, chaps, purses and belts. We can also do custom jobs even if it is not in the western field.

Super disappointed in Jay Palm's Saddle Shop.  They double stamped a letter in my name on a $180.00 ax belt.  I took it there because of their reputation.  Didn't even say sorry . . . blamed the leather.  Told me that he has been working with leather for 50 years and "it happens."  And that names on belts are for identification so people don't steal your belt.  Not for decoration.  The stamps are not straight and the spacing between letters is uneven.  Their version of making it right was only charging me $10.00 for a $20.00 job.  I still have to buy a new belt now.

I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received today at Jay Palm Saddle Shop.  I needed a pair of cowboy boots for an occasion and the woman completely understood what I needed and helped me get the perfect boot.   A true Sonoma County gem.  Thank you so much.

Nice family owned saddle/tack shop. Love it. Bought my reins and spur straps here. A tad bit pricey but great service and honest work.
