Jay & his team moved my hubby & I on Nov 21, 2017 @ 9am. They were prompt, professional, pleasant & did a very good job! I read his reviews and almost did not choose him. However, I am super pleased that I did! I didn't have to pay first, the were on time & they did a great job! I would definitely recommend Jay's Movers to my family & friends!!

Jays movers is very unreliable i called early in the day and had a scheduled appointment for 4pm and he never showed up,bad business for his company. I was very upset that he didnt show after several attempts of calling.

Look i want to say if you get these guys to do a move for you it's your fault. I will say do not do it. For one they came late moved like turtles, took multiple smoke breaks on my time, talking not doing anything, said I would get two guys but the older guy was like 60 and didn't do anything really, broke my 65 inch tv. This company truly isn't worth the headache. You've honestly been warned. Biggest scam ever!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so upset right now.

I do not see how this company is still in business. We had the same experience with them as the previous 2 reviewers. Had been told days before and even 1 day before they were to arrive that cash payment on day of services was fine. Being a single woman I did not want to pay any money before they showed up. Was assured several times that was FINE. The day they were to arrive- NO SHOW! Called them 30 times between 6 am and 8 am. They wouldn't answer the phone. Finally had a call from a different person on behalf of Jay's Movers that the reason they didn't show was that I hadn't paid a deposit that they sent at Midnightvthe night before. BS! BS person & BS company. Do not use them.

They were supposed to be at the location at 5 30, we called at 5 28 and they were 1 hour and 30 min behind. Three hours later and not answering their phone. Terrible. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Would not recommend to anyone.
