I've been bringing all my photo printing buisiness to Jay for 15 years or more. He does the best work around and will always do whatever he can to be sure the print looks the best. He goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. I have sent my images to an online company for prints and was not as satisfied. I have recently ordered many 8x10 photographs for photography shows and had several satisfied people buy those prints. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jay is the best around and one of the nicest buisiness owners I know. Can't say enough about how excellent Jay's Photoshop is.

Excellent pricing and service for 35mm film developing. I'll be sending my C-41 35mm film here from now on.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. This place is a joke. Jay's employee quoted me at a max of $80 for a photo mounting. On pickup, the total came to be $120. The level of customer service after expressing frustration with a $40 different in the quote was appalling. For a local, small business owner, Jay needs to learn a thing or two!! would never go back there. Oh, the best part...he called me a "mean girl" after I requested to keep the price at $80 as I was quoted. Real nice Jay!!!

I visited Jay a few months ago to develop some 35mm film and I thought he did a great job! When I get around to using any of my film cameras again I am definitely going back. :)
