I don’t want to leave!! Okay, this place is simply the best place to have maintenance on your Toyota. They have very clean restrooms, very nice waiting area with a warm fireplace, TV, and big massage chairs—YES, freaking massage chairs! The bistro makes hot and cold sammies, drinks, Starbucks coffee...I cannot say enough. The service people are nice, the drive-in area is clean, wide and inviting. Don’t go anywhere else where you’re treated like a number.

Well.... the one star is for the cleanliness and their politeness. I've been a customer there for over 3 years and I have 2 Toyota cars, one Corolla and one Sienna. To the experiences I had, unfortunately I can't trust them anymore. These are some of my experiences: - My 2004 Sienna recommended oil is 5-30, they put 0-20 in it (about 3 months ago, see the picture). - My 2013 Corolla recommended oil is 0-20, they put 5-30 in it once. - I left my Corolla for 2 days for a complete detailed car wash (less than 2 months ago), and when I got the car they even hadn't cleaned the rear seats! Obviously it hadn't been waxed too! Of course they apologized and took care of it the very next day but this is not the way it should be. - I filled out some forms to cancel the extended warranty, which I had purchased for my Corolla, twice in person, and still it hasn't happened yet!! I called again today (9/1/2017) and cancelled the policy for the third time!! Let's see how it goes this time!! These were real experiences and all the documents are there. As I said, I don't TRUST them anymore and will never go there for car services. The place is very nice and clean and the people who we meet and talk too are very polite and cooperative, but I can't trust the people who work in the car service area in the basement, or some of the people who are in the second floor.

I hate buying cars, but our experience here was absolutely exceptional. We went with our 2 yr old & 3 yr old in tow so my wife could test drive a 4 Runner and she ended up buying it that day. The thought of being at a car dealership for hours with 2 toddlers is the stuff nightmares are made of, but they had a dedicated kids room with plenty of toys and a DVD player with a good selection of kids movies which kept the kids occupied throughout the whole car buying process. Robert was the salesman we worked with and he was absolutely great. I can't recommend both Robert and the rest of the team highly enough, they were all an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I went to purchase a new car last Saturday. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff is wonderful. Cody, our salesman, was truly amazing throughout the whole process. He took the time to find our perfect car. He went through all the features of our new car with us and even put tabs in the owners manual to make it easier for us. He was very friendly and a great listener. We will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend!

They make no nonsense deals. They allow you to test rice your potential vehicle. The service department is helpful. There is a refreshment and snack bar.
