Story

We're a family fun center located in Inwood, WV, just 30 minutes from Hagerstown, MD and 20 minutes from Winchester, VA. We have a variety of activities for every age! Mini-Golf, Batting Cages, Go-karts, Water Spray Park with 3 foot Splash Pool and 2 new slides, Indoor Jungle Gym, Explore & More Nature Zone, Family Friendly Arcade, Cafe, Train Rides and Gemstone Mining Company, and a 24hour Fitness Center

Best place ever for a child's birthday party ...an the prices are very reasonable....they supply the food, drink, ice cream, an token's for games. Best part they clean up. All you do is have fun, the is a nature part that has tons of hands on stuff, games, an jungle gym. Definitely a 5 star place...

JayDee's is nice place for families and your kids will have a blast. The offer many different activities from an outdoor water park, indoor play area, mini golf, arcade, nature center, and go kart racing. Kids of all ages can find something to do here. I am giving them a 4 star rating because there is so much to do. However, their customer service is seriously lacking and could be better. Be warned this place can nickel and dime you. They charge for everything except the arcade. If you plan on making a day out of you are better off just purchasing a complete pass $20.00 covers everything except go karts. Best times to go to the water park is after 3:00 no lines for slides and the pool is not over crowded.

This place keeps the most irregular staff hours of any business I've ever experienced. They claim to be open Monday-Thursday 4-8PM. This is rarely the case. If the day you want to visit is within 4 days either side of holiday, forget it. If the day to want to visit happens to be a Thursday that falls within two days from a Saturday, you're out of luck. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Most arcade games weren't working. Kept taking our tokens or either had signs on them out of order. Very disappointing for my kids. We go outside to ride go carts and no one in site to let us ride finally after standing and waiting someone showed up. Not very friendly. Made me feel like we were bothering him because my kids wanted to ride the go carts. There were several Young teens overseeing the pool and slides. Couldn't find one available chair to use by the pool. I asked one of the teen girl workers if we could set under the shelter and she said no it was reserved. She just sat their acting as if I had bothered her. Then I asked if she could get me a lawn chair to use so I could watch my kids at the pool. She didn't respond so I asked again and she said she didn't know. Then an older man standing their said I'll have to ask a manager. I waited about 10 min. and Some man came over and just stood there. He never even approached me so I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I then asked him about getting a chair to use and he said we really cant put another chair out because it might not be safe....I still have yet to understand why I couldn't use a chair out of a stack just setting there with no one using them. He said I could use a chair over at the splash pad. No customer service skills what so ever. Why would I want to sit in a chair over at the splash pad when my kids are playing in the pool. You can't even see the pool from there!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a family friendly enviornment. Very disappointed....

We bought the family passes to the pool for the summer as an Easter gift for the kids and they love it! Jay Dees has been a clean and safe place for me to take our kids. They love it from the inside activities to the outdoor activities! The staff has been friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is one particular lifeguard that is more interactive with the kids and engages them with games but continues to maintain safety. I love having a fun family facility so close to home!
