Upon initially speaking with Mr. Lutzky himself, I was a little apprehensive in my decision to move forward with him as my lawyer because while he seemed knowledgeable, he also seemed a little detached and dismissive. However, as my court date rapidly approached, I knew I would require representation & he was the most affordable so I went with my gut and paid the legal fee.  As it turned out, I was assigned a different lawyer from his firm and she was the complete opposite!  I couldn't be more happy with the way my 1st trial went and things are definitely looking up for the future! I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of legal assistance and doesn't necessarily have money to burn in the process.

I appreciated the overall level of service I received beginning with the phone attendant. Mr. Lutzky was informative, honest and made it really easy to discuss a very difficult situation without fear of judgment. He gave very practical guidance and support, exercising patience and respect. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Lutzky to anyone seeking professional, fair and honest representation in the Family Court system.
