James is extremely knowledgeable and  efficient. He has done few electric jobs in our house and every time the job was done perfectly. We always rely on him for service. Fantastic service,  Prompt response, Friendly and honest technicians. James is the best electrician I have ever seen. I will never consider using anyone else.

JB Pride provided 100% A+ service to my apartment. Friendly, professional, and fixed everything I needed (and now my place is 4x brighter! Thrilled!). I highly recommend JB Pride, they have to be the best in Boston/MA!  Thank you so much James and Colton!

Crew came out, got a quote, said they could install next day, end of week, or early next week; I chose next day. Got a call early next day saying they were short staffed and that they actually can't make it to my house for another 4 weeks!!! This was a super simple job, supposed to take 2 hours. Would absolutely never recommend this place. I don't know how you survive as a business with these practices. WOW.

11-9-16 JB Pride has performed many electrical jobs for me. James is always on time, does a great job & cleans up after the job; more than any other electrician I have experienced. 
I have known James 4 years now.  I recommend him completely. Tim M

JB Pride, Inc. is a top-notch company, and since James was recommended to me, I have never thought of using anyone else. Ever.

James is reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous about his work. Having an older house, there are many things that have needed attention over the years. James is always willing to come to the house, give an honest assessment of the situation, and complete the job safely and for a reasonable cost. There have been many times when I needed electrical work done, but was too busy to be home. I always feel completely safe leaving James a key, knowing that he will treat my home as his own.  And I am always notified through text, email, or phone when he has arrived and when he has completed the work. 

Without reservation, I highly recommend this JB Pride, Inc.
