They committed criminal actions. I moved to Belleville. Needed a new mechanic. I do my own work on cars, fluids, brakes, rotors, axle changes, body work, etc. I know enough about cars. Jimmy said they do a flush by bleeding the valve and putting in the new brake fluid. They wanted to charge me $80 for a brake fluid flush for my sedan. I asked questions and got shady answers. I said, "I want the flush done right. I will pay extra for the valves to be bled correctly on all four bleed valves." They did not bleed any of the valves. They sucked up the fluid from the master cylinder. I watched. And they opened one of the valves with nothing attached, letting air go into the system. I spoke with the assistant manager. Jimmy had left. They lost a potential lifetime customer. If they pull a fast one on me, just imagine how dirty they play with their other customers. Awful and potentially dangerous business practice at JC. I would avoid them and drive extra miles to a place that is more reputable. How does JC have 4.7 stars? Impossible. It must be his friends writing fake reviews or a lot of ignorant people blindly following the blind. Good luck everyone. Anyone know a good trustworthy mechanic? Please tell. Oh and I forgot, afterwards my car sounded like the brake had been tampered with and was making funny noises. These people intentionally damaged my car probably so that I would come back for a fix, assuming I am ignorant about cars. I should have called the police. Still might.

Great experience so far. This is a grits and grime place so don't expect anything ostentatious but you will get quality service, from genuine and knowledgeable guys, at a price that can't be beat.

Life savers!!!! Professional....on point...knowledgeable...my go to spot!!! 

Plus they got some good looking men too...that helps while you wait.

Other shops gave us an outrageous price quote for a simple job, these guys did it much faster and at a much more reasonable price. Definitely coming here again when we need anything fixed in our vehicles

I know it's hard to trust alot of mechanics but I can say that JC auto takes care of you let's you know exactly what the problem is and gives you a fair competitive price and has no problem telling u what part you need and giving you the option to go purchase the part yourself before offering you their price for the parts but be prepared theirs usually a waiting better to make an appointment.
