Called in about a part, their phone was going  in and out on their end so i couldn’t hardly hear him and whoever answered was very rude!! If they would have had what i was looking for i wouldn’t have bought it just from the way i was talked to!!  My business will go elsewhere!

Showed up on Friday just before closing, owner explained he was on his way out but checked to see if what I need was there.  It was but hadn't been pulled for the vehicle yet.  Asked me to put a deposit and he would pull the party first thing in the morning and call me.  He pulled exactly what I need and at a great price.  He is hard to get ahold of on the phone, be patient.

Horrible costumer service, they do not value there costumers at all. They need to update there inventory as well. It said they had the part in stock online, once I called it was sold. Completely uncivil. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude. I called this place for an engine block they were showing on Car-Part. First they answered by just saying "Hello?" I didn't know if I had the right place. I asked if it was J C Nizzan. The reply was "What do you need sir?" I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he said "Already Sold" CLICK.
