My experience here was terrible. First off, I am not a hairstylist but I have always observed my hair being cut and the woman was very sloppily sectioning my hair. The cuts that she was doing didn't look clean either. Second, I asked for a trim to get of dead ends and apparently that meant "no dead ends at all just wherever there was split ends, chop it off." Third, not to be disrespectful but there was a bit of a language barrier and I'm not sure if she understood me and I know for sure I didn't understand her either. Fourth, my hair is quite thick but it also shouldn't take 40 MINUTES to blow dry hair. When I got home I examined my hair and the next day styled it straight. You could see where the woman made chops in my hair. There were layers that I didn't even ask for and that weren't even blended well. 10/10 would not recommend coming here at all!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time and money on a haircut that won't even look half decent.
