The room was HUGE and the newly renovated bathroom was beautiful! Nothing like a Jacuzzi bath after trekking through the Rockies for a week! Great customer service. If you're looking for a nice place to stretch out after exploring colorado, this is it!

Update 7-14: After reading more of the reviews, I forgot to mention how kind the staff was about our late check in. I had even requested an EARLY check in, and ended up coming in well after closing. The gentleman (who's name I completely forgot) was so nice and accommodating about it. The communication was fantastic, as he called me ahead of time to check my status. I can't say enough good things about this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large, very nice, clean and comfortable. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub and after 9 hours of travel it was much appreciated. The staff was very hospitable and kind to our two fur babies. Location is close to an awesome BBQ place and also Indian head hot springs. We will defiantly stay here again!

Our reservation was cancelled due to "regular system maintenance". We were referred to Columbine motel instead, which appeared to be one of the last hotels with availability. While it was a nice gesture to reserve a room there, we were assured our room rate was the same and the entire motel was recently renovated (neither of which were true). The room rate was $15/night more and the motel quality was much to be desired.

You will be surprised to see that the rooms here are so spacious and newly renovated ! Very neat and attention to detail is much appreciated.  I am giving 4 stars (being nit-picky) as the towels are a bit rough and harsh, something that you would not expect at such an otherwise great place.
